Ahead of the new Johnny Cash live album, Bear’s Sonic Journals: Johnny Cash, At The Carousel Ballroom April 24, 1968 fans can now hear the Man in Black cover Bob Dylan’s version of “Don’t Think Twice It’s All Right” from April 24,1968 in San Francisco.

Of course, Cash was a known fan of Dylan and notably played covers of his songs at live performances throughout his career.

As its name entails, the forthcoming LP was recorded by audio engineer Owsley “Bear” Stanley, who is perhaps best known for working with the Grateful Dead. Stanley’s recordings offer a strong clear take of Dylan’s legendary tune as performed by Johnny Cash.
