Zac Brown has announced through social media that he has contracted the COVID-19 Virus. As such, he has decided to pause the Zac Brown Band’s “The Comeback Tour.”

Brown called the decision “very difficult” and wrote, “I am deeply disappointed this has happened, as touring is our life and performing live for our fans is the best part of our job.”

The shows scheduled for Sept. 30 through Oct. 3 have been canceled and will be automatically refunded at the point of purchase.

The tour will resume as soon as Brown has finished the CDC-mandated quarantine. He also wrote, “I am grateful to our fans for understanding this decision, as well as everyone on the front lines who can’t stay at home because their work is essential. I believe we can all overcome this together.”
