Lettuce are the latest band to drop out of the Summer Camp Music Festival, scheduled from Aug. 20-22 in Chillicothe, Ill.
“We have decided to cancel our show tonight at Summer Camp due to a COVID exposure internally,” the band wrote on Aug. 20. “It is of utmost importance that we take all of the necessary precautions to keep our fans, band, crew and festival staff safe. We are following all of the proper guidelines.”
In related news, Big Something and Papadosio had last-minute Summer Camp cancelations for similar COVID exposures.
SCamp 2021 is still on, however, with mainstays like moe. and Umphrey’s McGee being joined by Ween, Billy Strings, STS9, Tipper and more.
