Sitar maestro Purbayan Chatterjee has announced that he will be releasing a world music album titled Unbounded-Abaad. The album which will feature musicians from India, Afghanistan, the United States and the United Kingdom is set to release in September.

Stylistically Unbounded-Abaad will explore and combine the flavorings of jazz, Latin, folk, country, Sufi tradition, Western and Hindustani classical music.

The album is set to feature global masters including Zakir Hussain, V. Selvaganesh, U. Rajesh, Shankar Mahadevan, Béla Fleck, Gary Husband, Jordan Rudess, Antonio Sanchez, Thana Alexa, Deepak Pandit, Rashid Khan, Anat Cohen, Michael League and more.
