The Mikaela Davis Trio and Roots of Creation’s Grateful Dub are the latest artists who will join Warren Haynes, Grace Potter and Lettuce for a special show to benefit the Rex Foundation at New Haven, CT’s Westville Music Bowl on Sunday, Aug. 8.

The concert comes as part of this year’s Daze Between series put together by the Rex Foundation and the Garcia Family. The Rex Foundation was created by members of the Grateful Dead and Friends in 1983 as a charitable non-profit organization to proactively provide extensive community support to creative endeavors in the arts, sciences and education.

Warren Haynes and Grace Potter will take the stage both separately and together, while Keller Williams will appear with his Grateful Grass project and Lettuce will treat fans to the Jerry Garcia Band tribute that gained notoriety at LOCKN’ Festival in 2018, which saw John Mayer and Bob Weir celebrate the music of Jerry Garcia with the Colorado-based funk titans.

Last year’s Daze Between took place virtually over nine days with 2.7 million people tuning in from all around the world. Tickets for the show are now on sale.

To support the Rex Foundation text ‘DAZE’ to (202) 858-1233 or visit their website here.

The Mikeala Davis Trio recently performed Grateful Dead songs at the Relix studios on the Relix Twitch channel.
