On Friday Aug. 13 and Saturday, Aug. 14, Star Kitchen will play a special members-only run at Denver’s Knew Conscious gallery, celebrating the space’s 10-year anniversary.

“For those who don’t know, I wouldn’t even be a DJ if it were not for this artist collective who encouraged me and supported my DJ sets at their original gallery back in 2015,” Star Kitchen bassist/founder Marc Brownstein has previously said. “They would bring me out every month and have me play epic long private shows, and let me work it all out on stage in front of their awesome members. I have an amazing amount of gratitude for this venue having invested into my solo work, and I’m proud to come back and re-emerge into the wild with them.”

As previously mentioned, the set is for members only, but fans will be relieved to know memberships are free at KnewConcious.com/Membership, and once they sign up they will have access to purchase tickets.

“I used the vibration of the music to bring more people into an art space to allow them to feel more comfortable with viewing the masterpieces on the wall,” Knew Conscious’ owner/founder/artist, Kurt Redeke explained via press release.
