Alabama Shakes leader-turned-acclaimed solo artist Brittany Howard has dropped a new version of her debut album Jaime, featuring the likes of Common, Bon Iver, Michael Kiwanuka, Earth Gang and more covering her songs.

To promote the project, Howard dropped the LP’s lead single “Stay High,” covered by the one and only Childish Gambino.

“What a journey it has been since the announcement of my debut solo album, Jaime, in June 2019,” Howard wrote via social media. “Though the pandemic halted all touring, it did allow me to collaborate remotely with artists and producers that have inspired me over the years.”
