Grace Potter has announced a last-minute set at Newport, RI’s Newport Folk Festival. Potter will perform on the veteran festival’s Quad Stage at 11am. The Vermont-bred singer/multi-instrumentalist was originally slated to perform at Newport yesterday, but her performance was cut short due to inclement weather after only two songs.

Potter has a long history with Newport Folk dating back to 2006 when she performed with her old band the Nocturnals. Today’s Newport lineup also includes Jason Isbell, Andrew Bird & Jimbo Mathus, Randy Newman and many others.
