Karl Denson has announced a run of shows throughout the South East in celebration of not just the new year, but also, in celebration of his very own 65 years.

The legendary American funk and jazz saxophonist/flutist and vocalist has a lot to celebrate. He left a lasting presence on well over 25 albums; from his solo work to his work with the Rolling Stones, Lenny Kravitz, and his own bands, Denson consistently brings his soul to every project.

The tour, which is billed as Karl Denson’s Tiny Universe Tour 65, will stop by Charleston, S.C., Atlanta, Savannah Ga., and Asheville N.C., just days after his 65th birthday.
