Wilco announced Solid Sound Festival is returning for its seventh edition at the MASS MoCA in North Adams, Mass. May 27 through May 29, 2022.

Solid Sound has been running since 2010 and is curated by Wilco. This year will again feature the band as hosts and headliners alongside a wide range of musical guests. The diverse lineup will include rock, jazz, indie and hip hop artists. Previous years have featured Courtney Barnet, Kurt Vile, Big Theif, Robert Glasper, Real Estate and many more.

The festival will also have outdoor activities: stargazing workshops, a comedy stage, axe throwing, live falconry, local food and craft beer, family activities and more.

Of the festival returning Wilco’s Jeff Tweedy said, “When we return to Solid Sound, it will have been almost three years between festivals. And as far as I’m concerned, that’s almost two years too long.”
