Coachella will return to the music festival landscape in 2022, confirming a report that broke earlier this year.

The official dates of Coachella 2022 will be the weekends of April 15-17 and 22-24.

The California festival has been pushed several times due to the coronavirus pandemic. It was moved from its original April 2020 dates to the following October, before being pushed to April of 2021. It was then reportedly pushed to October 2021, but according to a Variety report, “the October dates were not officially confirmed by promoters and there have been no dates posted on the festival’s official website for several months.”

Coachella 2020 was set to feature headliners Rage Against The Machine, Travis Scott and Frank Ocean, among a slew of other performers.

In light of these new dates, organizers ask that fans, “Register now to access the 2022 advance sale beginning Friday, June 4 at 10 a.m. PT.”
