The San Diego Padres have partnered with CBF Productions to bring two back-to-back concerts to Petco Park this Memorial Day Weekend. The Beach Boys will kick off the weekend on Saturday, May 29th with special guests John Stamos and Mark McGrath. Ziggy Marley will follow up on May 30th with a tribute show to his father, reggae icon Bob Marley. Gates will be opening at 5:30 p.m. and 6:00 p.m. respectively.

The Beach Boys will perform a mix of classic tunes as well as new material. The band will perform co-founding member Mike Love’s latest single “This Too Shall Pass,” which was released at the start of the pandemic; selections from Love’s recent solo albums as well as fresh takes on classics.

Meanwhile, Ziggy Marley will gather with his band to pay tribute to Bob Marley, who would have turned 76 this year. Ziggy typically performs his own compositions at shows, but this show will feature a focus on his father’s music.

According to a press release, “each concert will take place on the Petco Park field with the stage set up near second base. Guests will have the opportunity to choose between a limited number of VIP seats on the playing field, luxury suites, vaccinated/tested sections, or socially distanced, pod-style sections.”

Tickets for both shows are on sale now. To purchase tickets and see additional information, please visit www.padres.com/concerts.
