On Tuesday, May 18, Bob Weir made his third visit to Terrapin Crossroads in the last few weeks, joining his longtime bandmate Phil Lesh for a slew of Grateful Dead favorites.

Weir made his way onstage midway through Lesh’s set – the bassist was joined by a lineup of Terrapin Allstars, including guitarists Jackie Greene and Dan “Lebo” Lebowitz, multi-instrumentalist Jason Crosby and drummer Jeremy Hoenig.

Weir managed to add his flair to a nice pairing of “Feel Like A Stranger”> “Jack Straw” as well as the growl-filed “Samson and Delilah,” the pensive “Wharf Rat” and The Rolling Stones’ “Dead Flowers.”

“Big fun playing with @jackie_greene and Phil over at @TerrapinXroads today,” Weir wrote afterwords via social media.

Previously, Weir surprised fans at similar Terrapin gigs on May 1 and May 15.

Lesh continues his outing with the Terrapin Allstars at Terrapin Crossroads’ Beach Park tonight – May 19 – and tomorrow – May 20.
