Widespread Panic have added a three-night outing at Wilmington, NC’s Riverfront Park Amphitheater to their summer 2021 schedule.
The shows will take place July 16-18, 2021, preceding the band’s three-night stop in Austin, Texas (Aug. 13-15).
Previously, Widespread Panic shared a statement regarding their touring plants in the ever-changing COVID-19 landscape.
“As the Band re-enters concert mode, Covid-19 and Covid variants will still have a surface and airborne presence at these gatherings,” they wrote. “Covid-19 is an extremely contagious disease that can lead to severe illness and/or death. By attending a Widespread Panic show, you voluntarily assume all risks related to COVID-19 exposure. Whenever possible, physical distancing and mask wearing are strongly encouraged; and hand washing has always been a good idea.”
Tickets for the newly announced shows go on sale Friday, May 7 at 10 a.m. ET via Ticketmaster.
