Jackie Greene has been performing his “Live From Backstage” series each Sunday for nearly all of quarantine. The shows are filmed at his home studio in Northern California and consisted of intimate solo performances. Now, the singer-songwriter has announced a performance with his quartet, set for Feb. 27 at the Downtown Theatre in Fairfield, Calif.

In addition to the quartet show, Greene has also announced a series of special “Live From Backstage” streams to celebrate a year of the series. On Mar. 14, he’ll perform a “Dylan & Dead” set; the following week he’ll perform a “Blues & Soul” set featuring “classic songs from another era.” Finally, on Mar. 28, Greene will treat fans to a full-band performance of the Rolling Stones’ Sticky Fingers.

“This is all music that means so much to me as a musician,” Greene said via press release.
“There is so much inspiration and passion in these songbooks, and I love that this music still resonates with fans across every demographic. We all hope that live music comes back soon because nothing can ever replace the energy we feel when we are in that setting, but for now, I love that I can stay connected to my friends and fans through this technology.”
