Keyboardist Cory Henry has plenty to be thankful for this holiday season – including his most recent solo album Something To Say and his new Christmas LP Christmas with You.
Filled with Christmas spirit, the former Snarky Puppy musician used the opportunity to sit down for NPR and share some of his jazzy, celebratory compositions including versions of “Little Drummer Boy,” “Misty Christmas” and “Christmas With You.” (Henry is backed by drummer TaRon Lockett.)
“May these songs fill you and your family with joy and happiness as we bring in what will be a far better year than the last,” Henry told listeners. “Live in love, live in peace, grow in freedom. Merry Christmas. Happy Holidays.”
