Savannah, Ga.-based multi-instrumentalist Zach Deputy has released a cover of the holiday classic, “Let it Snow.” Deputy’s unique take on the 1945 Vaughn Monroe classic is available exclusively on digital streaming platforms.

Deputy’s decision to cover the iconic tune was partially due to the lyrics’ relevance to the COVID-19 pandemic. “The inspiration to cover ‘Let it Snow’ came in equal part due to it being a friendly (and recognizable) Christmas classic, and the uncanny reference in the song lyrics to having no place to go,” said Deputy. “Here we are, still hunkered down, so my hope is for this to bring you joy, a breath of fresh air and a beat to bob your head to. Now let’s have some happy holidays… let it snow!”

Since his gig-filled teenage years and his 2008 debut LP Out of the Water, Zach Deputy has amazed crowds far and wide with his one-man-band live looping act. His new studio album Roses will be out in early 2021 via Regime Music Group.
