On Nov. 7, Hot Tuna offered the 26th edition of their Live from Fur Peace Ranch quarantine concert series, playing ten twangy tunes, live from Pomeroy, Ohio.

After taking off their precautionary masks, Jorma Kaukonen and Jack Casady offered an opening take on Reverend Gary Davis’ “Candy Man.”

“I love that song,” Casady remarked afterwards.

“I love that song, too,” Kaukonen replied.

For the rest of the show, Hot Tuna offered additional covers (Georgia Tom Dorsey’s “The Terrible Operation” and Reverend Gary Davis’ “Death Don’t Have No Mercy” to name a few) as well as Kaukonen-penned originals like “Ode for Billy Dean” and “Living in the Moment.”
