On Oct. 22, moe. returned to the stage for a drive-in show at Cheshire Fairgrounds in Swanzey, N.H. The show marked the first time moe. have performed to a live audience since March. They will perform three more shows this weekend, first in Yarmouth, Mass. at the Yarmouth Drive-In on Oct. 23 and 24 and then at South Farms on Oct. 25.
The show began with “Timmy Tucker,” which moved directly into “Tailspin.” After “Crab Eyes” and “Undertone,” the band performed two selections from their 1996 studio album No Doy, “Spine of a Dog” > “Buster.”
For the second set, the band kicked off with “ATL” before another cut from No Doy, “Four.” After a performance of “Screaming & Kicking,” the band delivered another pairing. First “Head,” and then the band returned to “Timmy Tucker.” There was then a short break; while the band didn’t leave the stage, “Timmy Tucker” was the de facto end to the set. After some banter, the band delivered “Stranger Than Fiction” to close out the night.
