In the wake of his passing, Toots Hibbert and his music live on, especially in his most recent project Got To Be Tough, which marked his first album in a decade.
Today, Hibbert’s estate shares a triumphant animated video for his uptempo take on Bob Marley’s “Three Little Birds.”
Naturally – for an extra kick – the track features none other than the reggae legend’s son Ziggy Marley.

September 29, 2020 at 4:27 pmWords could never say enough as to how amazing this man was and IS! Got into his band’s Ska and Reggae in the 1980’s, saw him several times live. Shame that more folks were never told about this band (Maytals) and that Marley always gets all the “credit”. But we know well how superb this groove was and will always be!!!
