Since moving to a monthly schedule – and postponing slightly as to not interfere with the first presidential debate – Phish have selected their July 23, 1999 performance in Columbus, Ohio for their next Dinner And A Movie Broadcast.

This week’s recipe includes enchiladas, a jicama/orange/cucumber/mint salad and apple fritters from Phish HQ team-member Betty Frost.

Additionally, Dinner And A Movie’s beneficiary for this edition is the ACLU, “a nonprofit, nonpartisan, multi-issue, public interest organization devoted to protecting the civil liberties of all people in the United States. Recognized as the nation’s premier public interest law firm, the ACLU works daily in courts, legislatures, and communities to defend and preserve the freedoms guaranteed by the U.S. Constitution.”

Tune in to Phish’s Dinner And A Movie on Wednesday, September 30 at 8:30 p.m. ET.
