The revival of Umphrey’s McGee’s football-themed show – UMBowl – has been postponed to 2021.
The event was originally scheduled take place on May 1-2, 2020 at The Capitol Theatre in Port Chester, NY, but the band has opted to move it to Oct. 8-9, 2021.
UMBowl began in 2010 in Chicago and ran annually through 2016, which was the last time it was held (at Brooklyn Bowl Las Vegas).
Each of those gigs consisted of a single 4-set show, each set representing a ‘quarter’ of a football game. During the sets, there would be various ways for fans to interact with the band, such as voting for which songs they should play in real time.
For UMBowl 2021, the band assures fans that “all previously purchased tickets will be honored for the new date. If you have any questions, please reach out to [email protected].”

If anyone complains, I’ll just say that bigtime rockstars Umphrey’s McGee say it’s OK to do blackface if in artistic parameters.
This way, the general publick will know exactly what to mimic, versus thinking independently…

FACT: Umphrey’s McGee obviously supports BLACKFACE AND RACISM, according to almost EVERY SINGLE MILLENIAL’s rhetoric, including “SHEILA” and every other hater of hatred on this webslite who thinks demeaning white male jamband-fans will change the world.
So where’s the OUTRAGE for UM’s racism? Where’s the social enforcement of self-realization???
I guess it’s not racist, if it’s a band or individual YOU like who is obvsly being RACIST? Or if it is JAMBAND.com’s cash-cow of a content-provider???
