Greensky Bluegrass are in the midst of their ‘Leap Year Sessions’ livestreaming series, which sees the band perform a livestreamed show each Friday during August and September (8 total shows).

During the second edition of the series, which occurred on Aug. 14, GSBG delivered a 12-plus minute version of “Kerosene,” and they have since shared a pro-shot video of the performance.

“After months of being apart from each other, the feeling of playing music with my band of brothers was nothing short of pure joy,” said Anders Beck via press release. “The real icing on the cake is that we get to pump these shows into your living rooms in super high definition. We can’t wait to be with you again!”

“It’s alive. In a venue. With lights and speakers. It’s been over one hundred days since we played music together. Longer than ever. It feels so great to play again,” added Paul Hoffman (via release). We wish you all could be here, but for now, we’ll come to you. Tune in. Friday night is back.”

The band also recently performed a one-set show, dubbed ‘Casual Wednesday.’ To watch and for a recap, click here.
