Tonight, Aug. 13, the original members of prog-jam band Psychedelic Breakfast – guitarist Tim Palmieri, bassist Ron Spears, drummer Adrian Tramontano and keyboardist Jordan Giangreco – will reunite for an evening of music at Smith Farm Gardens in East Haddam, Conn. Fans will be allowed in-person as the even is open-air and can accommodate social distancing. In addition, a multi-camera livestream will be available on The Breakfast, Smith Farm Gardens and Livemusic420’s Facebook pages.

The show will consist of a first set dedicated to “interpretations of Beatles songs,” whereas set two “will be a mixed of originals, classic rock standards, funk, soul, and tasteful jams.” (Quotes from the band’s announcement post.) The band also elaborated on the show’s social distancing policy: “There will be options for tailgating or for bringing your own blanket/chairs with designated areas marked out in the field. Please exercise 6ft social distancing and masks when roaming the grounds.”

Palmieri, Tramontano and Giangreco have been active with the band, or as its now known “The Breakfast,” along with bassist Chris DeAngelis, who joined the band when Spears departed in 2008.
