Joe Bonamassa has announced a new, guitar-laden LP Royal Tea, out Oct. 23.
The skilled musician notes that it is a “bucket-list” project, recorded at the famed Abbey Road Studios and inspired longtime influences like Jeff Beck, John Mayall, Eric Clapton and Cream.
“Writing this record in London has done its job,” reflects Bonamassa. “It really does sound inherently British.”
Collaborators on “Royal Tea” include Jools Holland, Whitesnake guitarist Bernie Marsden and former Cream lyricist Pete Brown.

August 13, 2020 at 10:58 amGood to see a redneck hillbilly that goes by “Ted Nugent” weighs in. Go and listen to your Nuge, ZZ Top, and Skynyrd CD’s. Nugent couldn’t hold Bonamassa’s jock strap.
