For this week’s installment of their Dinner And A Movie broadcast series, Phish will stream their July 28, 2017 show at Madison Square Garden in New York City. The show was part of the band’s Baker’s Dozen run, which occurred during their 2017 Summer Tour. The show will air on Tuesday, July 28 at 8:30 p.m. ET, marking the three-year anniversary of the featured show.

The featured recipe this week was chosen by guitarist Trey Anastasio. It is Federal Donuts’ Double Chocolate Donut, which was given out at this night of the Baker’s Dozen. In addition, the band has shared the recipe for Federal Donuts’ Fried Chicken Sandwich. Check out the full recipes below!

According to the band’s post: “This week’s beneficiary is Doctors Without Borders/ Médecins Sans Frontières (MSF). You can donate anytime at phish.com/waterwheel. DWB provides emergency medical care to millions of people caught in crisis in more than 70 countries around the world. Their teams are responding to the coronavirus emergency on multiple fronts—caring for patients, offering health education and mental health support, and providing training for vital infection control measures in health facilities around the world. MSF is working with local authorities in many of the countries where they already have medical projects to help prepare for the impact of COVID-19. This pandemic threatens the lives of people around the world, and presents even greater risks in countries with weak or fragile health systems. For more info visit doctorswithoutborders.org.”

The show itself was highlighted by an exceptional version of “Chalk Dust Torture”, which contained a soaring type-two jam. In addition, the band performed two covers within the “chocolate” theme: a light-hearted, a cappella cover of “Chocolate Rain” and the debut of “You Sexy Thing,” originally performed by Hot Chocolate.
