In a new video, Derek Trucks and Susan Tedeschi are the latest musicians to send their well wishes to the class of 2020, who have had their celebrations canceled or cut short by the coronavirus outbreak.

“We know how hard you’ve worked. Our son is also class of 2020,” Trucks says. “…Your trip has been different than anyone that will ever remember. 9/11 babies and now here we are in the middle of a pandemic, but you guys are charging through and I have nothing but faith and hope for what’s going to happen after this. And I think we all know no one is ever going to forget this graduating class.”

“The whole world is with you!” Tedeschi adds with excitement.

“You guys have a lot on your shoulders, but I know you can handle it,” Trucks continues. “I have more faith in your generation than I do in mine. So go get ’em.”
