The Barr Brothers have released two new songs, “Red Moth Solar Companion” and “Saint Cecilia,” both of where were b-sides from the group’s album Queens of the Breakers. The duo of songs has been packaged as a mini-EP, titled Red Moth Solar Companion.

In addition to the two songs, The Barr Brothers have also released a video for “Red Moth Solar Companion.”

“‘Red Moth Solar Companion’ is a live, instrumental, off-the-floor improvisation that musically describes a patient journey through the heart of a star,” staid Brad Barr via press release. “‘Saint Cecilia’ has hints of Blonde On Blonde, it’s the pantomime of an experienced but misguided wayfarer who is fixated on the promise of redemption through Saint Cecilia, the patroness of musicians.”
