On Friday, May 1, keyboardist Erik Deutsch will release Live at LunÁtico a collection of pre-quarantine tunes, recorded at the intimate LunÁtico club in Bedstuy, Brooklyn NY.

Players on the album include Deutsch, Avi Bortnick, Tony Mason, Fred Cash, Mike McGinnis and Brian Drye.

As some may recall, Deutsch recently departed Leftover Salmon to join the Dixie Chicks touring band.

This new collection features a slew of improvisations as well as cuts from Deutsch’s most recent studio project Falling Flowers and a closing version of The Beatles’ “A Day in the Life.”
