Turkuaz at the None’s A Ton premiere
After premiering in September 2019 with a red carpet event at Brooklyn’s Nitehawk Cinema, Turkuaz’s None’s A Ton concert film will be released digitally via iTunes, Amazon, Google Play, Xbox and Vimeo On Demand.
You can stream the film starting March 31 and, to celebrate, the nine-piece band will also release a limited-edition triple vinyl soundtrack LP.
“After a long wait, we’re thrilled to finally be sharing this with the world,” Turkuaz frontman/None’s A Ton co-director Dave Brandwein said in a press statement.
Acknowledging the ongoing coronavirus outbreak, he added, “Amidst a chaotic time where live music is basically illegal, it couldn’t be coming at a better time! We swear we didn’t plan this!”
The film captures the band’s Digitonium “colors-era,” which has since been swapped for their sleek Kuadrochrome look. In the interim, Turkuaz have also been drafted to celebrate 40 years of Remain in Light with Talking Heads’ Jerry Harrison and Adrian Belew.
None’s A Ton and its vinyl soundtrack are now available for pre-order.
