To celebrate the announcement of her newest album – Italian Ice – Nicole Atkins has shared “Domino,” a slinky new tune recorded at the famed Muscle Shoals Sound Studio.
In fact, the entire record was recorded at the famed Alabama studio with a band consisting of Jim Sclavunos and David “Moose” Sherman of Nick Cave & The Bad Seeds, The Dap-Kings’ Binky Griptite, drummer McKenzie Smith (St. Vincent, Midlake) and the Muscle Shoals Rhythm Section of Spooner Oldham and David Hood.
Guests on the record include Britt Daniel, Seth Avett, John Paul White and Erin Rae.
