Cory Henry & The Funk Apostles have announced a late-night show during the first weekend of the New Orleans Jazz & Heritage Festival. On April 25, the seven-piece funk ensemble will descend on the Maison on Frenchmen Street, and play until the early morning hours.

According to a press release, “this collective of master musicians has been preaching the gospel of love far and wide since forming for their debut EP, Art of Love, in 2018.” Tickets to the show are sold separately from the Jazz Fest and are available here.

Doors open at 1:00 a.m. local time, with the show starting an hour after.  More information can be found on the Facebook Event page.
