Dudeski/Chip Baker Films has just released Rolling Stone: Life and Death of Brian Jones. Following a successful world premiere on Dec. 16 at London’s Regent Street Cinema, a limited run of one-night-only screenings have been scheduled in select theaters worldwide.

This is the first documentary to focus the founder and original leader of The Rolling Stones. The film will feature Jones’ emergence as a rock icon and bandleader, his excessive lifestyle and reputation as “the original bad boy of Rock & Roll,” (Press Release)  and the negative attention he received from authorities and the media.

Lastly, the film discusses Jones’ controversial death; “during the last 50 years many theories have emerged, claiming that Brian was murdered and that it was covered up at a high level, as this film discovers – the evidence for this is extremely compelling.” (Quote via Press Release.)
