Pink Talking Fish will take their signature blend of the music of Pink Floyd, Talking Heads and Phish on the road again this Spring.

The band has released their Spring Tour dates, which will begin at the Skull & Roses festival in Ventura, Calif. This tour-opening show is billed as “Pink Talking Fish Are Dead,” as they will weave the music of the Grateful Dead into the set as well.

Other tour highlights include a two-night run at New York City’s Brooklyn Bowl on Apr. 10 and 11 and a night at the Paradise Rock Club in Boston on Apr. 15. On Apr. 24, at the Wanee Block Party in Fort Lauderdale, Fla., the band will perform a special “Pink Talking Fish Are Allmans” show, during which they will weave the music of the Allman Brothers Band into their set.

Finally, the band is set to perform a very special show in Ithaca, N.Y. at The State Theatre on May 8. The show is billed as “Pink Talking Fish Are Dead inspired by “Cornell ’77.” Of course, the legendary “Cornell ’77” Grateful Dead show took place on May 8 in Ithaca, so the tribute is quite fitting.
