On Jan. 25, Tedeschi Trucks Band finished their residency at The Chicago Theatre in Chicago, Ill. The show featured an acoustic section to begin the second set, and after the show, band namesakes Derek Trucks and Susan Tedeschi headed to Buddy Guy’s Legends to sit in with Guy during his performance.

The acoustic section of TTB’s show featured “Strengthen What Remains,” “Keep Your Lamp Trimmed And Burning,” “Women Be Wise” and “Forty Four.” The short acoustic section concluded with “It Hurts Me Too.”

The electric portion of the show was highlighted by Tedeschi Trucks Band moving from their original “The Storm” into The Allman Brothers Band’s “Whipping Post.”

After their performance at The Chicago Theatre, Trucks and Tedeschi went over to Buddy Guy’s Legends club, where they sat in during Guy’s performance. Tedeschi first took the stage for “Feels Like Rain,” with Trucks following her soon after to provide some guitar work. The two then remained on stage for “Hoodoo Man Blues.”

Check out a complete video of Guy’s performance from Jan. 25 below. Tedeschi takes the stage at around the 58-minute mark.
