Tedeschi Trucks Band vocalist Mike Mattison will release his second solo LP Afterglow on March 20, following up 2014’s You Can’t Fight Love.
Described as “an eclectic array of original material that is solidly Americana combined with touches of Blues and Rock ‘N Roll,” Afterglow will include a slew of skilled players, including late TTB keyboardist Kofi Burbridge.
And while many recognize Mattison for his vocal work, he’s also a skilled composer having put together two of TTB’s most well-known tunes “Bound for Glory” and “Midnight in Harlem.”
Check out Mattison’s solo dates below:

March 27, 2020 at 12:02 pmGot my copy and it’s fantastic — world class. As I’ve said elsewhere, I love the sounds, the variety, and the groove. Bummed they’re unable to tour right now (they’d be in Asheville tonight). Everyone should support the arts and artists and get a copy!
