On Friday, Jan. 24 Relix will partner with The Instant Karma Lounge for a very special panel at The Cabin in Park City, Utah, shining light on the importance of mental health in the music industry.

The Instant Karma Lounge is acting as the Sundance Festival’s “pop-up holistic retreat for mind, body and business” and the mental health panel will take place on Friday from 3 to 5 p.m. MT.

It will also be video streamed by Relix and Backline.Care for free.

“Addressing mental health challenges while working in the music industry can be incredibly tough to navigate,” explains Stephen Grybowski, Co-Founder of Backline and Marketing Director of Dayglo Ventures. “There is a clear need for more accessible mental health & wellness resources for musicians, crews, and their families who work tirelessly to bring live music into our lives.”

Additional Karma Lounge include a Saturday panel on LGBT issues and performances by Lez Zeppelin (Friday) and Devon Allman/Duane Betts unplugged (Saturday) and Super Diamond (Monday).
