North Carolina’s Big Something have released a new track, dubbed “Heavy.”
The tune, which fuses together electronic inspiration with live instrumentation, comes off the sextet’s upcoming album Escape.
“For the first time ever, we went into the studio with a completely blank canvas and developed a brand new album together from scratch. Everything was written and recorded in the moment,” singer/guitarist Nick MacDaniels explained via press release. “It was one of the most fun experiences we’ve ever had as a band and I think you can hear that especially on this track.”
Looking ahead, Big Something will hit the road later this month alongside Andy Frasco & The U.N. for their ‘Royal Rumble’ tour.
