Kurt Vile has announced a solo tour of North America set for this coming spring, marking his first solo tour in the region in over ten years. Cate Le Bon will support him during the entire run of shows.

The tour will begin in Chicago on Apr. 8 with a show at Thalia Hall and conclude in Austin, Texas on May 15 at the Paramount Theatre. Other highlights include two nights in Portland, Ore. at the Aladdin Theatre on May 1 and 2 and a visit to New York City for an Apr. 16 show at Town Hall.

Vile also announced a partnership with PLUS1 and Headcount; for every ticket sold, one dollar will be donated support Headcount’s effort to promote civil engagement and register voters.
