Ahead of their New Year’s Eve run in Colorado, 9-piece funk band Turkuaz has announced a partnership with non-profit organization Positive Legacy.

For their partnership, on Dec. 30 (the day before Turkuaz’ New Year’s Eve show at the Boulder Theater in Boulder, Colo.), the band will head to the Food Bank of the Rockies for a Day of Service. Fans are encouraged to sign up to participate and can sign up here.

In addition to the Day of Service, Turkuaz and Positive Legacy will be “giving fans the chance to “Stuff A Bag,” and engage with their favorite non-profit organizations in their own local markets,” according to a press release. “At each of the shows along the run, Positive Legacy will have tote bags available for interested fans to fill with donations for a non-profit organization of their choice, encouraging involvement in their respective local communities. Participants will be entered for a chance to win a $1,000 grant from Positive Legacy to donate to their chosen organization.”
