Hosted by Red Light Management and Live Nation, the first-ever Homeward Bound Concert will occur on Thursday, Jan. 23 at The Wiltern in Los Angeles.

The show will feature sets by Jason Mraz, Fitz and The Tantrums, Ingrid Michaelson and more, as well as a rare duo performance by The Doors’ Robby Krieger and John Densmore. More performers will be announced in the coming weeks.

All proceeds from the show will benefit PATH (People Assisting The Homeless), an L.A.-based foundation focused on providing services to those in need.

Red Light Management’s Jonathan Shank, who founded the Homeward Bound benefit show, had this to say:

I have been thinking for a long time about various ideas to help the homeless community and The Homeward Bound Concert seemed like a perfect way for the music industry and artist community to join together and make a difference. I’ve seen first hand that any contribution can make a positive impact on homeless families’ lives. We as an industry, a community, and a city can come together on January 23rd to generate necessary funding and awareness to help get families off the streets. I’m grateful to everyone who has stepped up and supported this event in the first year and hope to have the opportunity to continue to raise funding for PATH in years to come.

A variety of CID VIP packages for the one-night-only event will be available Tuesday Nov. 5 at 9 a.m. PT. Public on sale begins on Friday Nov. 8 at 9 a.m. PT, with select pre-sales beginning Tuesday Nov. 5 at 9 a.m. PT. Venue presale will begin on Thursday Nov. 7 prior to public onsale.
