Railroad Earth have released a new album single, “The Great Divide,” which was produced by Anders Osborne and will be featured on RRE’s upcoming studio album, All For The Song, set for release in 2020.
The new album will be Railroad Earth’s first without multi-instrumentalist Andy Goessling, who passed away in October 2018, and the effort’s first single serves as a tribute to the group’s longtime friend and bandmate, starting with the opening line, “There’s tellin’ of a better home/ A-waitin’, waitin’ on the other side.” Listen below.
Railroad Earth have also added a batch of winter tour dates for next year, kicking off with a West Coast sting in mid-January and moving across the country. General ticket sales begin this Friday, Nov. 1, at 10 a.m. local time, with a fan club pre-sale currently underway.
