Austin City Limits returns today to kick off the first of two weekends of music, and with the help of Meyer SoundErnie Ball, Orange Amps, Robe Lighting and PelicanRelix will present another iteration of the Relix Roadie Lounge, a special, backstage space made for the men and women behind the scenes of live music.

“The Relix Roadie Lounge gives us the opportunity to say ‘thanks’ to some of the hardest working people in the industry,” says Josh Rowe, Relix VP of partnerships and events, adding that one of the Roadie Lounge’s goals is to “give back to touring community, to the people who work hard behind the scenes to make sure the festival goes on!”

The Relix Roadie Lounge at ACL will be located in the festival’s artist village and requires proper credentials for entry. Attendees can check out the latest equipment from all of this year’s sponsors. Relix has also teamed up with Backline, the music industry’s mental health & wellness resource hub, where anyone in the music industry and their families can quickly and easily access a wealth of services specifically geared towards this work and lifestyle.

Previously, Relix has created similar pop-up Roadie Lounges at events like LOCKN’ Festival, Newport Folk Festival and South By Southwest.
