Billy Strings will release his new studio album, HOME, later this month on Sept. 27 via Rounder Records, and the young bluegrass star recently shared another preview of the record with new single “Everything’s the Same,” which is now available for streaming.
The classic bluegrass tune features some ripping solos from Strings and his band and features lyrics about the similarities of different locations no matter where you go. The track follows up previously released HOME singles “Taking Water” and “Away From the Mire.”
Listen to “Everything’s the Same” below. Billy Strings is on the road this summer and fall, playing this evening at Terminal West in Atlanta. Check out his full schedule here, and see Strings’ go through his guitar setup in a recent rig rundown here.

September 6, 2019 at 5:45 pmI’m not quite as enthusiastic as shades but his set at Aiken Bluegrass Festival was excellent as is the LP I bought. Heard 420 fest set was great as well.

September 6, 2019 at 12:53 pmThe future of bluegrass is in good hands with Big Dick Billy and the rest of the boys! This band will be the biggest draw in the entire bluegrass genre by the end of 2021. Hopefully Planet Bluegrass is paying attention and doesn’t let another Telluride Bluegrass Fest go by without including BMFS!
