Singer-guitarist Anders Osborne was the victim of theft on Friday, Aug. 9, and he’s asking the public to help locate three of his beloved instruments.

“Someone broke into my tour van at the Best Western hotel in Corte Madera in Marin County, CA last night after our Terrapin Crossroads show and stole three of my favorite guitars,” the musician wrote via Facebook on Saturday.

The stolen guitars include a 1968 Fender Stratocaster known as “Blackie” as well as a ’74 wine red Gibson Les Paul and a custom 2017 Les Paul made with mahogany wood and copper fittings from Osborne’s own historic home in New Orleans. Osborne’s pedals were stolen as well.
