Paul McCartney’s Freshen Up Tour came to a close on Saturday night, and the rock legend spared no expense, offering a fireworks display during Wings’ James Bond theme “Live and Let Die” and even welcoming a couple of very special guests.

“We’ve got a surprise for us, a surprise for you, a surprise for everyone,” McCartney told the crowd at Dodger Stadium. “Ladies and gentlemen, the one and only, Ringo Starr!”

From there, Starr took his place behind his drumkit for a mini-Beatles reunion, with rocking versions of “Sgt. Pepper’s Lonely Hearts Club Band (Reprise)” and “Helter Skelter.”

Later in the evening, Eagles/James Gang guitarist stepped onstage to put his own spin on Abbey Road‘s “Carry That Weight” and “The End.”

“The best part is we didn’t have a clue what we were doing,” McCartney laughed following Walsh’s sit-in.
