From Good Homes will release their first studio album since 1998, Time and the River, next Friday, July 19, the New Jersey-based outfit confirmed yesterday.

The band, led by Railroad Earth’s Todd Sheaffer, previously announced the album title (which is also the name of the group’s three-track 2018 EP, which previewed the new music), and now fans can pre-order the record and receive two instant tracks—”I Throw Up My Hands” and “Back in the Day”—both of which can also be streamed now via Apple Music (check out a preview of the tunes below).

From Good Homes—which originally formed in the ’90s and initially broke up later that decade—have played sporadically since reconvening in 2009 and will come together for a special album-release concert Aug. 3 at Waterloo Concert Field in Stanhope, NJ, which will also feature music from Marco Benevento and others. Tickets and more information can be found here.

Time and the River will be available digitally starting July 19, and physical CDs will be available at the Waterloo show. Below, check out a preview of the two pre-order tracks as well as a trailer for the album from Victor Guadagno.
