Hailing from Norwalk, Conn., four-piece jam outfit Goose have been creating buzz on the live music circuit with their brand of rock-infused improv.

Recently, the band has started a new chapter, releasing the new single “All I Need” and marking their first bit of studio material since their 2016 debutMoon Cabin.

“The core song was actually written when I was 14, just exploring music, songwriting, and who I wanted to be. And dreaming about the future,” guitarist Rick Mitarotonda told JamBase of the new track. “Over the past year or two I dug it up and rearranged it for Goose, and it pretty quickly became this high energy vehicle we would play with at shows. Given its origin, and nature being representative of certain aspects in which the band has developed live since the time of the first album, it seemed like a fitting starting point for everything we’re planning to release over this next stretch.”
