Mike Gordon was feeling energetic after Phish’s Saturday night gig at Merriweather Post Pavilion, dropping in on Cris Jacobs Band’s after party at The Soundry in Columbia, Md.
Gordon added bass to versions of Sir Joe Quarterman’s “(I Got) So Much Trouble In My Mind” as well as Ricky Skaggs’ “Walls of Time.”
Later, the Phish bassist had a ball “pickin’ and singin’ on the [Cris Jacobs tour] bus til 3 am,” as documented on the musicians Instagram page.
