The Marcus King Band will once again host their Family Reunion in their home state of North Carolina this fall, and this year’s gathering will feature a newly announced lineup led by Jason Isbell and The 400 Unit, along with two sets from the host band and music from Josh Ritter, Amanda Shires and more.
“Each year, Family Reunion grows more and more while still maintaining the festival’s original concept,” says frontman Marcus King in a press release, adding that the gathering is about “bringing together our families—the brothers and sisters we’ve come to know on the road, for a weekend of breaking bread, making music, and fellowship. We hope to see all of YOU at the annual Family Reunion this year.”
Also on the bill are Futurebirds, Los Coast and Charlie Overbey & The Broken Arrows, with more acts to be added soon.
The Marcus King Band Family Reunion will take place Sept. 27 and 28 at Pisgah Brewing Company in Black Mountain, NC. All tickets for the festival go on sale this Friday, June 14, at 10 a.m. ET, with a pre-sale starting tomorrow, June 11. More information can be found here.
